VESSELS
FDA ASTRI, FDA Finn (CoastCat25W) and FDA HANS (CoastCat18W) are delivered from Salthammer Båtbyggeri. FDA FINN and FDA ASTRI are rigged to take on larger and heavier missions in deeper and more open waters. With the WASSP F3X-L, the FDA FINN AND FDA ASTRI can carry out bottom mapping down to a depth of around 1000 meters.
NIKLAS and FDA MIMMI are supplied by Fitjar Mekaniske Verksted AS. The design for NIKLAS is the HFMV M26 Isdahl class. The design of the FDA MIMMI is the FMV W34M Senja class. The FDA MIMMI has has a battery-hybrid motor configuration. NIKLAS will be equipped with a battery in 2024. Both vessels have state-of-the-art facilities and are equipped with deck machinery designed to cope with heavy and challenging tasks. FDA YNGVE will be delivered in 2024. Read more about our vessels.
OUR DIVING TEAM
Our divers have the necessary certificates, knowledge and experience about / from both construction & civil engineering, the aquaculture industry and the fishing industry, and can work down to 50 meters. General manager Keneth Larsen has worked with professional diving since 1989. We can make underwater film recordings with divers to document inspections or show what measures, repairs or improvements should be made. As an alternative to diving, we can offer inspection with ROV.
Services
For the aquaculture industry, we perform uptake and release of moorings, installation of facilities and fleet, towing, inspections, and washing of cages and nets.
Finnsnes Dykk & Anleggservice AS also undertakes assignments within construction and construction with e.g. assembly, laying and lowering of sea lines, drilling and blasting, formwork and casting, welding work, transport of material and equipment and underwater inspections.
